On April 22, 2022, McKnight Softball Instruction hosts The Foundational Pitching Clinic with Coach Alli for 8-14 year old girls.

Clinic Components

• Ground Force – Using the ground to power through acceleration and decelleration.
• Plyometrics – Muscle activation through explosive movements
• Resistance – Strength training and absortion
• Sequencing – working in order through sagital, frontal, and transverse planes
