INTENSIVE TRAINING

Are you needing a second opinion? Or have you hit a wall in your progression? If you answered YES, then we believe our intensive training may be for you! During your intensive, we will conduct video analysis from the initial start, pinpoint the major mechanical setbacks, and immediately begin to understand the “WHY’S” and the “HOW’S”. Collectively, this will improve your spin, spot and speed. Our mission will be that you’ll leave the intensive with more understanding on how your body works, and a game plane towards your progression, as you go home.

Cost:

$115 an hour; 3 hours minimum (1 day; 5-hour max (2 days)

50% non-refundable down payment is required two (2) weeks prior to scheduled intensive.

Optional Add-ons:

$50 4D Motion Sensor (an analytical approach of linear speed, rotational speed and max deceleration (aka front side resistance) – 4D Motion is more of a realistic view of the foundational system. Focuses will be specifically on the pelvis/torso movement through sequencing & provides honest feedback through data. The small sensor is placed on the athletes lower back, and that data is transferred to the app, where we can see what needs improving. The data will be logged for reference.
